Watching a loved one go through the aging process is never easy, however, advanced planning can ease the stresses that come with the process.  In essence, the field of Elder Law covers any issues that seniors or their loved ones typically face.  One of the key issues that seniors encounter is the financial strain of providing for long-term care when independent living is no longer an option. Come learn the following at the Elder Law Seminar on November 18th to make sure you are prepared for the future:

    • What is Elder Law and how can it benefit my family?
    • What are the differences between Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS and ALTCS and why are each of these important to me?
    • Is spending down my only option to qualify for ALTCS?
    • When do I need to start planning for long-term care solutions?

We look forward to seeing you there!
